We conjure up your order within 48 business hours, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from there. Shipping is always free — no tricks, just treats — and as soon as your order leaves our lair, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
What if my purchase isn't quite as bewitching as I hoped?
If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — and we cover the return shipping, so sending it back costs you nothing, no curses attached. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Just reach out to us at help@cotenbi.com and we'll take care of the rest.

How do I take care of my costumes and decorations?
Most costumes and fabric decorations just need a gentle hand wash or spot-clean to stay looking fresh — no exorcism required. Specific care instructions are included with every piece.
